The AquaLOCK® Quickwall is a mobile flood protection system which has been designed to offer a quick solution against water ingress. The Quickwall system can be installed in cases where the structural circumstances are such that there would be no other possibility to prevent water from entering into the building.
The Quickwall always cuts a fine figure
Unlike traditional flood barriers, which have to be inserted and tensioned as individual slats in U-profiles bolted to the wall side, the AquaLOCK® Quickwall is a single element and only requires connecting profiles to the building. Not only do they look better but they are also easier to clean in case of emergency. When the AquaLOCK® Quickwall is not in place, the building connection profiles are almost invisible compared to solid U-profiles. For even less visibility, we can also paint these profiles in the colour of the wall.

Structure and function of the AquaLOCK® Quickwall
The AquaLOCK® Quickwall is designed from slatted panels and is available up to a protection height of 1.6 m, in accordance with the width. Itl is designed to facilitate a one-click installation without the need for tools, hence a quick fix in the event of an emergency. The specially developed snap-in function generates a high clamping pressure on the adjoining parts of the building with very little effort. The connection profiles can be painted in all RAL colors, offering a wide range of options to match your desired aesthetic.
A solution for wide openings and assembly across corners
Several Quickwalls can be installed as a multi-span system with interlocking posts to form a flood protection wall. For this purpose, the post is inserted into a stainless steel sleeve concreted into the ground and one AquaLOCK® Quickwall is inserted on either side. In this way it is also possible to connect two Quickwalls across a corner so that barrier-free protection of machines, refrigeration units, hospital corridors etc. is possible.

Where can the Aqualock® Quickwall be used?
The AquaLOCK® Quickwall is mounted in front of entrances and terrace doors, patio doors, windows or garage doors, thus preventing water from entering the building. The versatile and tailor-made water barrier also provides secure protection for access points to machinery or production lines, office buildings, hospitals, etc.
With AquaLOCK® Quickwall, buildings are safely protected against water penetration and the risk of flooding is significantly reduced.
Customized installation
There are two installation options for AquaLOCK® Quickwall. Depending on the structural situation, the Quickwall can be installed inside or in front of the reveal. A combination of both is also possible.
The AquaLOCK® Quickwall as a multi-field system
Another possibility is to install the AquaLOCK® Quickwall as a multi-span system with multiple plug-in posts adjacent to each other. In this version, the Quickwall is flood resistant in accordance with the ift guideline at a water level of up to 0.9 m, as per the standards of the Europaverband Hochwasserschutz e.V. (European Association for Flood Protection). Only a very low leakage of 0.053 litres/min/m² was measured.
AquaLOCK® Quickwall provides certified flood resistance
The AquaLOCK® Quickwall is characterized by a tested sealing system. The Europaverband Hochwasserschutz e.V. has certified the flood resistance in accordance with the ift guideline up to a water level of 1 m (height of the tested element). Nevertheless, we guarantee flood resistance for the building in question in accordance with the ift guideline up to a water level of 1.6 m if the Quickwall is installed for example in front of a door. Precisely fitting building connection profiles, attached to the sides, as well as a base plate made of anodised aluminium provide an optimal sealing surface and serve as an adjustment aid when inserting the AquaLOCK® Quickwall.
