Gate frame
Made of stable, torsion-free profile steel tubes hot-dip galvanised according to static requirements.
Suitable for installation behind or between reveal, door frame (stick frame) as standard:
- left & right 80 mm (80x50 mm)
- top 40 mm (40x40 mm)

Gate wing
Massive frame construction with static proof, electrically welded, door cladding glued on the outside, aluminium 2 mm.

Surface
Hot dip galvanizing ¹⁾ (full bath galvanizing)

Fitting
Maintenance-free lever fitting, plastic rollers with ball bearings and galvanized guide rails.
Counterbalance with multi-spring package according to EN standard with fine adjustment and fall protection. Stop of the door leaf by means of rubber buffers in the guide rails Design according to currently valid EU standards.

Tightness
Certified sealing system - certificate available on our website www.AquaLOCK.info.
Flood resistance according to the IFT guideline FE-07/1 is guaranteed.
The AquaLOCK^® system for gates keeps 99% of water out, no more than 240 l/24 h gets into the garage, a quantity that you can easily wipe up. In practice, often even less water enters your garage!
The AquaLOCK^® door is flood resistant up to 1.6 m water height, depending on the door height.
The tests are carried out with pure clear water. However, since high water is always dirty, the dirt particles reinforce the water protection effect, as they close the tiny remaining paths for the water.
In practice, "flood-resistant" means that of the thousands of litres that threaten your building, only a tiny fraction of a maximum of 240 l/24 h can seep through.

Flood resistant according to IFT directive FE-07/1.
Sealing function up to a water pressure of 3 m water level column for variants 1 and 3. The tests of the renowned ITF institute in Rosenheim are carried out with pure clear water. However, as floods are always polluted, the dirt particles reinforce the water protection effect, as they close the tiny remaining paths for the water.
